Advisory and information services at the department

The Student Advisory Service and the Examination Office will support you in all subject-related matters. We are the contact persons for general questions regarding your degree programme, examination regulations, StudIS account, internships or studying abroad options, form 5 BAföG, credit recognitions from abroad or from another institute and similar questions.

In addition, there are numerous contact points for your various concerns. If you are not sure whom to contact for your request, have a look at the Advisory Navigator (only in German).

Consultation hours regulations

Please consider our different options of consultation service. We offer both open consultation hours and consultation hours with an appointment. You can also partly choose between online and on Campus consulting.

To book an individual consultation hour with the study advisors and the Erasmus coordinators, please log into our Ilias consultation forum and use the Ilias calendar located there. You will receive additional information with your booking confirmation.

For the Examination Office, other consultation options apply. Therefore, please inform yourself below about the respective responsibilities and consultation hours options.
